Booking Policy

Appointments & Walk-ins

We welcome both! However, booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins will be served based on the next available opening.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointments are very important to us. If you need to cancel or change your visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another guest.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to remain on time for our next guest.

Group Bookings (Parties)

For parties of 4 or more, please call us directly at (804) 968-8850 to coordinate your special event and ensure we have enough staff to pamper everyone.

Sterilized Tools: All metal instruments are cleaned and sterilized in a medical-grade Autoclave to eliminate 100% of bacteria and viruses.
Disposable Items: We use new disposable liners, buffers, files, and pumice stones for each guest. These items are never reused.
Pristine Environment: Our staff follows rigorous hand-washing protocols and maintains a clutter-free, clean sanctuary for your relaxation.

All enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 days. Please contact us within this period for complimentary repairs.

For any concerns, notify us within 3 business days so we can resolve the issue promptly

Exclusions

Regular polish services are not covered under this guarantee. Additional charges may apply for repairs requested after 3 days or for specific types of damage.

Chris has been doing my nails for a year now and I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years; Hands down the best nail tech outta all! He’s taken all my nail design requests with ease and grace. I have had him do extensive nail designs that take some 5 hours to complete whereas he takes 2 hours and does so with even greater detail. The workers are all talented, hard working, and strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have come twice now and have not been disappointed. The pedicure chairs have amazing massage features including arm massage arm rests. I highly recommend Chris! Chris is amazing at French tip, cat eye, hand painted designs and sculpting 3-d flowers.
