Appointments & Walk-ins

We welcome both! However, booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins will be served based on the next available opening.

Your appointments are very important to us. If you need to cancel or change your visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another guest.

We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to remain on time for our next guest.

For parties of 4 or more, please call us directly at (804) 968-8850 to coordinate your special event and ensure we have enough staff to pamper everyone.
